All guests/patients are responsible for their consumption. This is a safe use medical usage space. New Leaf or its staff will not be liable for monitoring your consumption. All guests are expected to consume responsibly and not consume beyond a safe and tolerant amount.

o All guests/patients must remain respectful and honor the privacy of other patients not in their party.

o Guests are prohibited from posting images or videos of others on social media without their explicit consent.

o This is private property, and New Leaf reserves the right to ask anyone to leave at any time for any reason.

o New Leaf is not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, all guests/patients are expected to abide by the Honor Code:

▪ Dishonest behavior, theft, or violations of the law will not be tolerated.
▪ Violations may result in immediate expulsion from the premises, forfeiture of the security deposit, and inclusion of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), with charges pressed as appropriate.
